「We arrived around 10:00 pm with our 3yr old granddaughter and unfortunately, we were unable to stay at the property due to them doing renovations on our floor. There was a strong smell of mold in the halls and room. They allowed us to cancel our reservation however we did not receive an immediate refund which would have put us in a real bind if we did not have the means to pay for another room somewhere else. Nor did the manager come out to address the situation or offer an apology for the...

「Absolutely zero complaints about the hotel/property. The ONLY thing was, and it wasn’t the end of the world, but the water pressure wasn’t amazing. I have long, thick, curly hair - I was able to rinse it, just took a while. It was my first time to Texas/Houston area and I would definitely go back」

「We were extremely happy with our stay at this Marriott location. It was immaculate, and our suite did not disappoint! The location also includes a restaurant, bar, ample parking and close proximity to many other amenities. We will stay here again, without doubt.」

「Rooms were clean. Staff were Nice. A C work great. Parking was easy. The only things wrong was the room was not ready at check in time. Had to sit an wait 30 minutes. And you could hear people outside talking like they were in your room.」

「It was clean and worked for what we needed; a quick place to sleep. The room had a microwave and fridge. The bfast menu was minimal for my liking but they did provide and the staff was very kind. Granola bars and muffins with cereal and juice was the bfast menu. The only issue I had with this place was not the place itself but the loud neighbor outside our door watching tv on his phone. We will definitely stay again and hope that the other visitors are respectful. 」
