「This is a beautiful old hotel property. It has great bones and the rooms have been updated and modernized nicely. That said, there are some very quirky aspects to the property. Firstly, there is no reception - just an automated machine that provides a key card. This means that there is no one to ask about parking, amenities etc. The second thing is that no one speaks English at all. The cleaning staff was very sweet but could not speak a word. We had to use Google Translate for all...

「Die Dame ist einfach nicht kompromissbereit. Sie akzeptiert keine andere Meinung und stellt ihr AGB‘s über alles. Ich wollte eine halbe Stunde, aufgrund schlechten Wetters, vorher ins Zimmer, aber das war nicht möglich. Sie hat mir selber gesagt, das Sie meine Anrufe gesehen hat, aber sie ist einfach nicht ans Telefon gegangen. Sie ist alles in allem sehr unfreundlich und sehr unzugänglich für alles. Selbst als ich Sie angesprochen habe das Thema ohne eine schlechte Bewertung zu klären da...

「Hotel ist noch im 20. Jhd. Insgesamt ein abgewohnter Eindruck. Es fuhr nur ein Fahrstuhl und beim Frühstück waren die Spiegeleier komplett kalt. Frühstück zur Rushhour ist nicht die beste Idee.」

「Tyvärr är detta hotell inget jag kan rekommendera. Enl Hotel.com skulle det finnas bar och rumsservice, inget av detta finns. Man har endast frukost att tillgå. Vill man ha något att äta eller dricka får man köra till närmaste by. Sängarna i vårt rum var gamla och slitna, gnisslade hela natten. Ingen personal att framföra klagomål, de gick hem när vi checkat in. Hotellet har säkert varit charmigt och välbesökt förr men nu är det för dåligt.
