「I must say this place topped all my expectations! Staff was moore than friendly. So heartwarming people! Ready to help at any moment. Not only rooms but all areas were super clean! 「The rooms were clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Didn’t have the time to try the spa, unfortunately. What we really didn’t enjoy was the buffet dinners. Not nice at all. Wouldn’t recommend this. We went for the deal offered for 2 meals and regretted this. Loved the peaceful, relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. Easy walk to the beach and local restaurant… delicious food.」

「Washing machine but no clothes horse! Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning. On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Very good location and the reception staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will book again. Please sort clothes horse / drying rack」

「Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit...

「Short, 4 day solo break. Far exceeded my expectations - rooms, very large, all areas very clean, no outside noise. Breakfast was really good and included. Nice 'Quiet' pool and gardens along with main pool. Staff very professional, restaurant food was tasty and reasonably priced. Bar staff were really good.
