great for people-watching
Lively place - the heart of the historic center. Just watch your pockets.
We enjoyed bth daytime and evenings there. The people-watching is great at all times. You will come across all types of local free entertainment in the evenings. The vendors stay open until 9 each evening so shopping never stops.
Zocalo was OK -- If you want to get a real taste (literally) of the community, head 2 blocks south to the 20th of November Market, where the choice of food stalls is amazing
Just a short walk away
Very busy square.
