Only down side at present is construction of the beach front which limits facilities in the immediate area and everything else that comes with the work. 「This was a great place and run extremely well. It was in pristine condition in terms of cleanliness and decor. Raphael, who runs the place, was thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond. Coffee and tea are included and there is a mini bar available but there are so many restaurants around you won’t need it. It’s a very, very easy walk to all the main tourist spots without having to stay right in the middle of it all.」

「Great location if you wish to be right around old town Split but not in the center where there is more noise and late night clubs/music. The room was clean and very nice. The staff were very attentive, offered to assist with any reservations and recommendations, and even assisted with arranging transfer to Split Airport for the morning we flew out.
