Quarto limpo, confortável e muito silencioso; localização em frente a estação do tram 18, que chega ao centro em 20 minutos, check in/out muito tranquilos, sem complicações. 「When pick up room key at the check in counter, the male agent just hands over room keys w/o offering any hotel information. When enter the room on 5th floor, the room type is not the one I book, the room wz Prague Castle view！And then go to the front counter to change the room on 9th flooor. When having a shower, find out the water drained from bathtub is coming out from shower room floor！Advise the front counter about this situation and be informed a technician will be sent up to look at it....

「I really enjoy staying Anna hotel not only because of the comfortable environment but also the passionate staff. I lost my backpack that my passport, camera and everything inside the first day I arrived Prague. Their staff especially for Janek help me do a lot to get back my backpack before I leave. This hotel is the prettiest one I have ever stay in Eastern Europe. 」

「Den lilla lägenheten vi hyrde hos Residence Trafick var väldigt fin och modern med all utrustning som kan tänkas behövas med full utrustat kök och med en stor balkong i tyst läge. Badrummet var stort och modernt och köket var modernt, fullt utrustat och praktiskt. Bussar går ofta precis utanför byggnaden, så det är lätt att ta sig in till de centrala delarna. 」

「I personally think it's totally worth it. The location is nice and the staff are also kind. They let me to put my suitcase so I can easily hang around the city. Breakfast is good too. The only thing to say is probably it's a bit inconvenient that I have to go to Golden city hotel to check-in and out and also have the breakfast. But it's not a big problem, I was quite enjoyed my stay!!」
