"Het was de derde keer dat we hier verbleven. Altijd tevreden geweest. In dit appartement waren het wel slechte matrassen. Mijn rug ging eraan kapot. Voor de rest weer ok zoals altijd. Enige minpunt is dat het daar heel duur is om daar bv iets te drinken of te eten. Maar dat is Zwitserland natuurlijk..."

Breakfast was better than expected and the coffee machine was a huge plus! "The room was clean and had all I needed. Self-service, so no staff to comment on. The stairs were a trial with a suitcase. Dining options are limited. There's a minimart nearby. Bus to Mauren did not seem to follow the schedule precisely."

"Clean, comfortable hotel, quiet when we stayed there during low season, good location. Did not like the 4 pm check-in. Arrived at 1:30 pm. With no-one around, we used the code they sent to get into the reception. We were not able to get into the room, even though it was available. At 3 pm the receptionist arrived. Even though no-one else was around and we were obviously waiting, she did not offer to check us in until we asked if we can check in “early”, apparently as a favour. The rather late...

"Our stay was great! We were sad it was only for one night! The pool on the grounds was lovely, as well as close proximity to Termina Therma. We enjoyed our spacious room and the setting was amazing even though it was a bit far from the train station (though taking the bus makes it very reasonable!)"
