Der Check-In nach 20:30 Uhr war eine Katastrophe, ich musste beim Betreten des Hotels Hallo sagen. Empfangsdame nicht angenehm. Morgens nach 6 gibt es keinen guten Morgen, wenn ich es nicht selbst sagen würde, gäbe es keine Begrüßung. Der Restaurantservice ist seltsam, das Getränk wird auf der linken Seite serviert. Dem Kind wurde Saft und ein Glas gegeben, den Saft musste das Kind selbst in das Glas gießen! weil die Kellnerin keine Ahnung hatte. Zuerst bekommt der Herr die Essenskarte, dann das Kind und schließlich die Frau – eine Katastrophe. an der Bar waren nach wie vor die Servicekräfte schwach, ebenso der Küchenarbeiter (anstatt in der Küche zu sitzen, redete er mit dem Servicepersonal, was sich auf die Kunden auswirkte) Frühstück, Samstag, 7:10 Uhr, kalte Würstchen!!! Hotdogs kalt!!! Was bringt es, das Frühstück vorzubereiten, seit 7:00 Uhr und es war kalt!!! Keine Handtücher für Kind!!! Zimmer sauber, Ruhe ok Lob für die Dame in der ersten Schicht, als wir gemeinsam frühstücken gingen, sie begrüßte uns standesgemäß und sagte guten Morgen!!! So sollten Arbeiter sein!!!

Wir waren gerne im Ruben Hotel und das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut. Aber: es gab keine Spa Möglichkeit und das Dampfbad war außer Betrieb. Am Empfang wurde gesagt, dass dies nicht in Polen erlaubt ist. Ich glaube das ist gelogen. Alle COVID 19 Maßnahmen sind aufgehoben. Falls nicht, so hätte man diese Einschränkung mitteilen müssen. Gerade deshalb hatten wir das Hotel gebucht.

Just perfect
What a hotel. Just amazing. Good dinner og very Nice breakfast. Staff very polite. Parking easy. One of the best hotels I have experienced in Poland. We are coming back for the wine festival in September.

4 star hotel, 3 star service
The hotel itself is very nice. Comfortable and clean although located next to a busy street. It's just a short walk to the town centre so it lies in a central location. The problem was with the parking. I was told on check-in that I could park in the hotel parking if I'm a hotel resident. Both the security guard and the check-in assistant did not inform me that it is paid parking. She stamped my car parking ticket on check-in and said that was it. However, on check-out, another receptionist told me I'd have to pay 50 zloty. At no time was I informed of this before check-out. Likewise payment was needed if you use the relax zone, spa, etc. I didn't use this but didn't think it was great that these amenities cost extra for hotel guests. Breakfast was good with a large selection but no eggs. I was the first one there in the morning and asked if there are not any eggs and was told that they put them out when more people are present later in the morning not at the start. However the kitchen staff were kind enough to go get them for me. Overall it is a 4 star but with really 3 star sevice.

The hotel was not fully booked i presume - so why I got a room facing a busy intersection with a gas station open 24 hours? It was noisy thru the night so I couldn’t keep the window open!
