"This motel was by far the worst I've ever experienced. I cannot overstate the severity of the issues I encountered. The entire property should be either demolished or undergo extensive renovations. To summarize my negative experiences: 1. Room service and staff were deficient: Communication and service were unsatisfactory. 2. The shower was faulty: It lacked sufficient hot water and was broken. 3. The main door lock malfunctioned: Despite the security risk, the motel refused to provide a different room. Most importantly, my room was broken into and burglarized. This incident highlights a significant safety concern and further emphasizes the need for immediate action to address the motel's problems."
