The entire place was cold. Staff is waking around in winter coats throughout the facility . My father’s room was extremely cold even after staff came to help him adjust the heat. All staff were very helpful and friendly.

This hotel deserves 5 stars. The rooms are absolutely incredible. For the price, you will be staying in a room far superior to a majority of what you might encounter in the US.
