「One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Housekeeping was extremely poor, leaving even the beds unmade. The reception staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in providing good service. We practically had to beg the receptionist to finish her phone call just to check out, and she handled it with a terrible attitude. Very disappointing experience. Zhangjiajie is an extraordinary city, and I hope the hotel improves its cleanliness and customer service.」

「The staff were so kind and friendly! Picked us up and dropped us to the airport. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Each room is unique in its own way. It is a family run business and they are so kind. Thank you again!!」

「I barely stayed in this hotel. I got in late at night, and left early morning. But the staff was very nice, and the room was comfortable. for a quick trip, recommended」

「Great Room And Super Friendly Staff. Always Willing To Help. Very Accessible Location」

「Amazing hotel! The view alone would be worth choosing this location, but the level of care from the owners and staff really makes the place special. It’s a short ride from the national park gates and very cheap in a taxi so well worth it over staying in town which is busy and noisy so not relaxing after a busy day in Zhangjiajie park.」

「Friendly Staff. Very nice hotel. Free Washing Machine and Dryer service was great. Restaurant was under renovation, which was inconvenient and limited to only breakfast service」
