「This was my 3rd stay in this apartment, I had to call them to get the check-in codes, the TV didnt work, I complained immediately but only after I reminded them, I received response on the LAST day… not good. But apartment is very good, and the location 2 minutes from Manufaktura is perfect. Plenty of free parking lots 2 minutes from apartment, and several high speed chargers for EV, also at Manufaktura. I will for sure book again.」

「Terrible communications. Requested checkin instruction 3 times each of the 3 days before my arrival in Poland without any reply. I had to phone the office when I arrived in the city 2 hours before checking in to find the apartment and get instructions for access. Then the instructions and codes given were incorrect and I was locked out of the apartment block. Was unable to get through on the phone, just got a Polish voicemail message, but was eventually able to get the problem solved on...
