「We booked the Heitzmann but were given a room in the neighbouring property Two Timez. It was fabulous. Spacious, very clean, lots of space for luggage. Heated floor in bathroom and Aircon. Brilliant location right in the centre of Zell am See」

「Everything was amazing! The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and featured balconies with beautiful mountain views. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the coffee was excellent. The location couldn't have been better—just a two-minute walk to the lake and downtown. What more could you ask for?」

「The check-in process was frustrating. We arrived around 6 PM and there was no one at the front desk. I had to spend about 15 minutes entering all the guest information to get our key, even though I had already completed everything online. The room was very basic—no water, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, or iron. There was also quite a bit of dust under the beds. The view is beautiful, but the trains pass by frequently and are very noisy, especially at night, so I wouldn’t recommend it for...
