Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. 「Beautiful decor, lovely view, large room which was very clean. Very small carpark with difficult entry/exit angle as well. Very hard mattress and pillows made for a rough sleep. At night, a lot of noise and smoke from downstairs. Air conditioner wasn't working, and spa bath didn't work either. Overall, a reasonable price for our stay, but disappointing as from the listing I'd expected more of a luxury escape.」

「Hacía frio en la habitacion cuando llegamos y nos dijeron que no podian cambiar la temperatura, había pelos en la almohada y el bufet del desayuno, por ejemplo, el embutido que tenían no tenía nada de buena pinta.
Lo unico positivo que las camas eran cómodas.」
