「The staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. It was nice that the hotel provided Netflix and other TV options. The decor was very nice and reflected Guatemalan culture. I also appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, and lotion that smelled wonderful and were locally made. The shuttle options were very helpful.」

「The room are pretty old and dirty, I think they need to remodel the room specific the bathroom, not enough hot water after 15 minutes taking bath. I paid extra for the bathtub, and it was extremely dirty and old. It’s not worth to pay it for. Car park extra charge , not even can offer water inside the room being 3 stars hotel. The staff service is ok, no experience but polite . I’m not Recommend this hotel. Absolutely No for what I paid for」

「Easily one of the nicest most pristine hotels in Antigua. Close to everything with excellent staff and a wonderful service ethos (part of your rate supports Good Hotel's NGO which educates 500 children a year at a local school. Nice Euro MCM vibe in the middle of an intriguing colonial gem.」

「Our usual place was sold out so we needed a place for 2 days before our red-eye flight back to the US. Location is on the outer part of Antigua on 1 Avenida and 1 Calle but still in the charming part of town. It was more quiet than being closer in. Our room had 2 double beds plus a shower and jacuzzi tub. It looked onto a lush green lawn and adjacent to a beautiful covered sitting area. The room was very private on he corner of the building.
