"Elevators and carpeted areas were disgusting with stains, food and dead bugs on them. Bed sheets had stains on them. The pool was closed because of a pump issue and that was pretty much the only attractive amenity they had to offer. Staff was not rude but not exactly friendly either. Breakfast was decent with a variety to choose from. Overall, it looked like they were given a $5 budget and told the designer to make it pretty."

"I reserved a two queen bed suite when I arrived I was told their queen suites where all taken in fact, they told me that all the rooms that had two queen beds were all booked. I told him that I had reservations for over a month that I couldn’t have just a king bed. I had my daughter and granddaughter staying with me. after 15 minutes I was put in a room with two queen beds no mirror in the bathroom no towels. I’m not even sure the room was clean before we got in there other than the beds were made our whole stay we had to get our own towels ,the room even though we wanted it clean never got cleaned. We stayed for 4 nights. The water never got warmer than warm. All I can say is they told me it was first come first serve who gets what room that if you reserve a room, it doesn’t matter if you arrive and that room is not available so be it you get whatever they give you so I’ll never go to a Holiday Inn express again."
