「Entiquate , Rats infested. Rude Staff, filthy ! Stay away」

「NEVER AGAIN will I book at this hotel. For being one of the most expensive hotels in Dipolog, it's a DUMP!! The rooms are to small. The beds are to small. No amenities at all in the room. Broken bathroom fixtures that were falling off the wall. Toilet not secured to the floor... etc... I immediately asked for another room and the second room was WORST than the first room. The air conditioner made more noise than a brass band and the cleanliness of the shower just sucked! For anyone looking to...

「The room was clean and beds were comfortable but there seem to have an undesirable odor with the pillows or comforter sheets. We were not able to connect to front desk or room service since the phone was not working. Staff were courteous and nice. But have to speak in their dialect, Front desk lady was not proactive with internet password and communication was a bit hard. 「When i checked into the hotel it seemed ok. But as soon as i saw the room it was the size of a closet. And when i sat on the bed it broke. The bed mattress was avout 2 inches thick. I was given a second room but had already decided to leave. I paid in advance for a week and no refund was given」
