「Pros: The staff were the only good thing about this. They looked after us and showed us around including taking us to the local Good Aircon Cons: The online advert isn't supposed to be online apparently therefore we were expected to pay at the property again - luckily hotels.com provided a discount. The shower was broken as in no showerhead, it was like showering with a hosepipe. Kariba is known for mosquitos due to hot weather yet there was no repellent or spray.. our room was infested....

「このホテルは素晴らしいです！ 事前に予約をして、料金を払っているにもかかわらず、予約が取れていないと言われました。 系列ホテルがあるので、そっちを確認しろと言われ、わざわざ歩いて行きましたが、予約はないとのこと。結局最初に行ったホテルにて予約が取れていることが確認できました。 2時間も時間を無駄にさせられました。 掲載されている写真が誤っているので、注意が必要です。 室内について。 ゴキブリが数匹います。まるでサファリですね。 水についても注意が必要です。 突然水道が使えなくなり、清潔かわからないバケツにくまれた水を使用するように言われます。もちろんシャワーは浴びれません。 元々バケツが室内にあるので、水が止まることは頻繁なのだと考えられます。 ホテルの詳細には一切告知されていませんが。 予約の管理、掲載している写真、清潔感、水道トラブルなど、問題点が多すぎます。 絶対に再度宿泊することはないし、他の方も利用をお勧めしません。」
