Staying at the Thetis was a joy. Good communication with Elena who welcomed us and kept in contact with WhatsApp. The housekeeping was superb by our brilliant housekeeper Bruna. We will definitely be back. The restaurants nearby are also very good and the beach is a short walk away. Very friendly place

O Thetis ficou bem acima.das minhas expectativas. Gostei muito e com certeza indico. Apartamento espaçoso,, limpo com uma varanda grande e excelente localização. Como fica bem no meio da Ilha você pode se deslocar para o Norte ou para o Sul sem ter que andar grandes distâncias e a praia em frente é uma delícia. A anfitriã é muito atenciosa!

Alykanas

This was a last minute.com visit to see family, so Alykanas all but closed for the summer. Excellent check in,contact made by Thetis for arrival time & member of staff met me. Everthing you need for a basic week away & cleaning done daily. Have stayed before when the taverna downstairs was open & it is good. Near beach & bars/tavernas

La struttura era molto bella ed era tipica Greca, qualcosa che cercavamo. La cosa che non mi è piaciuta per niente è che sotto c’è un ristorante che fa musica fino a tardi, e poi che già dalla mattina presto cucina e quindi ti entrano degli odori sgradevoli in casa.

Really nice property and great location at 5min of the beach. Great staff. It was just a little hard to find the hotel at first because we arrived at night. It is upstairs/part of the Carrissimo restaurant.

Fantastic location, 2 minute walk from the beach and supermarkets. Although there were lots of bars and restaurants very close by the room was very quiet.

Clean Rooms, Close to the Beach

Fantastic location, very clean rooms and quick check in. The bathroom is particularly nice. WiFi has been reliable too. We didn’t ask for the balcony room but got one anyway. The beach is only a 5 minute walk (if that) and local amenities are even closer (supermarket, restaurants etc). The apartments are above a restaurant. This might bother some with noise but it didn’t stop us from having a great night’s sleep. The safe is €2 per day but a small price to pay for safety! All in all, a great little apartment in a perfect location.

Lovely hotel

First stay at Thetis and I’ll definitely be back. The hotel is stunning, very clean-maid was also in daily. Nicely decorated very comfy bed bathroom is really nice with great shower. Total bargain price for best hotel I’ve stayed at in Zakynthos and will definitely be back.

Good value for money - but noisy location!

Alykanas, a noisy, Blackpool Brits-abroad resort, will put off all those seeking a quieter, more authentic Greek experience. Decent accomodation though

Not the Hilton...

This is cheap and cheerful, it has everything you need; balcony, comfy - ish bed, minimalist decor, good location and clean. Safe and A/C included. However, this isn't exactly the Hilton, you get good value for your money. The rooms are cleaned daily in our experience. The showers are intermittently hot and cold. No one really spoke English, a nice lady gave us our keys when we arrived and we never really saw anyone again. It wasn't obvious who we'd speak to if we had any issues, but fortunately we didn't experience any. The apartment is conveniently located above a restaurant, however we never ate there so can't comment, but there are plenty of others in the local area to try out. The road is lively and busy in the evenings, but once the doors are shut this cannot be heard. I would recommend venturing out of Alykanas if you want more authentic Greek dishes, and not burgers and chips etc.

Very nice apartments close to beach

Just come back from a two week stay and i must say the room was the best I've stayed in so far. Like most people who visit this resort I come back year after year. Excellent room with an amazing fitted bathroom with a walk in shower, unheard of. The whole experience was fantastic and the family couldn't do enough for you, very friendly and always willing to help. The restaurant downstairs also serves up authentic Greek meals and again lovely food for all the family. If your coming to this resort for the first time or a returnee like myself then I highly recommend these apartments. Perfect location. Looking to book again for next year already.
