A slight disappointment... Unfortunately the photos don't quite do it justice. It was especially sad to see the view from the window. When you book a room with a sea view, you expect a sea, not trees and wires. The room is clean and there are a lot of things provided, such as ironing board, safe, toaster. But for example there were no basic things like shampoo, only 4 shower gels. Also we had no wifi. The biggest drawback for us was the breakfast. Lots of pastries which are really tasty but very small selection of everything else. If you like a non-sweet breakfast, you have almost nothing to eat. Sauces and dressings are still only sweet as well. Eggs are made on request. On the last day my wife asked for an omelette with bacon and vegetables. After a quite long wait (as usual) she got an omelette with a huge amount of mushrooms, which she is allergic to. There are sun beds in the restaurant available for hotel guests, but only 5 sets. This number is ridiculous considering the number of apartments. On the last day we needed to spend time on the beach before the plane and of course all the sun beds were taken. We asked for more to be brought out because we knew they were available. But we were told it was not possible until 13:30. The reason is unknown and it was very sad. However, the hotel manager is very friendly and nice. Always on call by WhatsApp and ready to help. Thank you to him for that. Location is nice. Very close to the beach and Laganas centre.

Shellona rooms and apartments is a lovely oasis in the heart of Laganas. The rooms are located at the edge of Laganas beach and away from the strip. The garden view room was quaint and perfect for a few nights stay. The best aspect of the room was the bed, which was pure luxury, very spacious and comfortable! The breakfast was also of high quality and had great variety. The area became quite noisy after midnight from various house parties which can be expected given the location. However, the nights would frequently be disrupted by noises which sounded like old water pipes chirping. There was also very limited transport if you don’t choose to rent your own vehicle. Taxi service is the main mode of transport around the area, which was both expensive and unreliable.

Shellona is great!

Nikos is very kind! The place schedules your check in since there isn’t a 24hr desk. Shellona is affiliated with SanPiero so you can layout on the beach in the chairs in front of the restaurant. Drinks and food service on the beach! Discount on food between 6-8pm. Breakfast included and Waterfront eating 👌 The room and property have great decor and easy access to the beach. Cameo Island is a quick walk away. Also stores close by for groceries! Know that the other guests may be young and come home late talking loud and wake you up. Laganas is known for the partying 😯

as shown in picture but the area is not great

i stayed in seaview triple room. inside as shown on picture. bit outside isa bit run down, the sea view is so so. there is electric pole running across laganas beach and just in front of the balcony. there is half built abandon building next door. during raining the roof is extremely noisy.

Great stay

Amazing apartments. Nico was humble and we got upgraded to a sea view apartment because we had a problem with our AC. The breakfast and the view every morning which was included is Wonderful. The restaurant staff were so kind. Very recommended.

It was amazing. The owner Nick was very helpful and responded quick. The housekeeping cleaned the room every day and delivered the best service. The room was clean and big with the nicest view.
