We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Emerald Villas and Suites. Irene was so friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful with the most incredible views!! Within a short 5 minutes drive to the port where we enjoyed dinner and a small beach. Highly recommend!!

My wife and I visited Emerald Villas & Suites in late September. We felt like we were on a postcard in the Ionian Islands. Perched on the cliffs, these stone-built luxury villas and suites are nothing short of serenity, indulgence, and soul-stirring beauty! Our first Impression is like the warmth that wraps around you like a sunset, which you will immensely enjoy! It has beautiful panoramic sea views with exquisite traditional Greek stone architecture with cozy/contemporary elegance. The Villas are blissfully secluded, yet steps from adventure! The area feels authentically Greek with sleepy tavernas serving fresh grilled octopus and meze, winding paths with amazing views, and virtually zero crowds. At check-in, we were greeted by Irene, our host. She walked us through the villa, sharing insider tips on hidden coves and sunset spots, and places to eat that offer delivery to our front door. It was the kind of welcome that wasn't service, but heartfelt hospitality. She made us feel like family...she was phenomenal! Emerald Villas & Suites didn't just host us, we left there with sun-kissed skin, hearts full, and a piece of Zakynthos etched into our souls. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. See the pics, Book it, and thank me later! 10/10 would (and will) return!

We had an incredible stay at Emerald Villas. Staff were very helpful and recommended and booked a table for our anniversary meal and left a cute surprise in our room! You can ask for your room to be cleaned during the day. We mainly decided to have it cleaned while we popped over to Alikanas for lunch. The pool was salt water, which was a nice suprise as I hate chlorine! I can't find any faults with the room. The bed was comfortable, pool was clean and the view was stunning! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future. Thank you again! Rachel & Pete

We really enjoyed this property. Customer service is top notch. They can arrange anything you want to do or place to eat. The suites are well designed and the patios are amazing. You are on the side of the mountain overlooking the whole island out onto the ocean. Highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. A lasting tip. Take the shuttle to the property from airport. Like $79 euros. Then have the office arrange you a rental car. Only $35 euros a day. Having your own car saves you money and allows you to explore the island at your own pace.

Great stay in the Deluxe Villa

We had the Deluxe Villa and it was really good. Exactly as described. The service was excellent with wonderful staff. Great communication and very responsive to requests. They set up a WhatsApp chat when we arrived which we could use to communicate with reception, which is down the hill. The front desk responded almost instantly to sort whatever we needed. The villa was very well stocked with kitchen implements/appliances and dishes and utensils. Just know you do need to bring anything perishable or disposable (eg you need to supply your own cooking oil, salt/pepper, paper towels, etc). They provided enough charcoal and lighter cubes for at least three barbecues though, which was great! The house was spotlessly clean every day. There really was everything you need for a fun group holiday - eg a great sound system inside and outside, a few games, Smart TVs etc.

Spectacular views, beautiful property, a perfect place to unwind and relax. The on site team are super on comms and so helpful with any restaurant bookings or requests. To make this location even better, it would be nice to have an on site bar / cafe rather than having to drive somewhere each time. Also it is a high end property (self catering), therefore you would expect a few more provisions offered ie top ups of coffee pods for the machine, provision of condiments ie salt/pepper, olive oil, proper milk (not sachets), daily bottle of water. For the price point of the accommodation, this should be provided. Then it would be perfect!

This villa had to be my favorite place I have ever stayed. It is absolutely beautiful! The view from the bedroom, having your own pool and having the privacy of your own space is unbeatable. Would 100 percent recommend if you plan to stay in Zakynthos.

Emerald Villas- an absolute gem.

Emerald Villas is a wonderful place to stay. Communication before arrival was excellent. We had to submit our details along with ETA and these were acknowledged along with details of how to get to the property from the airport. These instructions were spot on and we found the place easily. Christina was waiting outside of reception as we pulled up. She showed us to our villa and gave us great information on everything we needed to know and they were always on hand at reception if needed. We did not need anything during our stay. The cleaners came daily at a convenient time to us and did a great job. The classic villa was perfect; roomy and comfortable. The outside space is stunning with a spectacular view. The October weather was perfect and we used the BBQ twice. The nearby restaurants were lovely. The pool is unheated and so had to get in slowly but once in and swimming it was perfect. The area the villa is in is quiet and relaxing and a car is very useful to see the island or go shopping at a resort (Alkynes) about 30 mins away. However it is possible to walk into the port of Agios Nikolaos which we did a couple of times but be prepared for the uphill walk back! The time we spent at Emerald Villas was amazing and we felt so relaxed after our holiday and did not want to come home! Can’t wait to return sometime.

Wir hatten eine superior Villa mit Pool und Meerblick & waren sehr glücklich damit! Der Service war wirklich super und es wurde direkt per whats App reagiert. Es einige gute Restaurants in der Nähe aber man braucht auf jedenfall einen Mietwagen. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, aber man muss natürlich darauf achten dass die Villen schon einen anderen Standard haben als die Suiten und eher ein authentisches Ferienhaus sind und nicht so Luxorisös aussehen wie die Suiten
