Potential to be great..but sadly not!

This hotel is great to look at and seems to tick all the boxes but unfortunately its not as it seems. We really read the reviews before booking a holiday so please trust this one as we dont want to waste anyone's time. This hotel is 3 star at best. I will start by saying the hotel put us with our 5month old in a room opposite the night entertainment. Thankfully they did move us to a quiter block. Sadly we were put opposite a large group who had zero compassion for others around them. We went to reception to complain but sadly they did nothing about it. After three days of the same loud volley ball antics I decided to go over an politely ask them to keep the noise down while my 5month old had a nap. Bare in mind their group had kids you would think they would have understood but unfortunately the family began to swear at me and even the children telling me to '1iss off' and adults telling me to 'f*ck off'. The food is also sadly not the greatest. The gyros and most of the snacks are prepared in bulk and left in a heated window box leaving them either rock hard or not edible. Seeing there was a gentleman making them fresh, we requested if we could have the ones just made instead of the ones just left there in the window. We were huffed and puffed at by the lady serving us telling us they were all fresh. When I spoke to reception they explained they would speak to the snack bar team. The next day we tried again and they amazingly said the couldn't understand my request and

Modern clean rooms as advertised, walls a bit thin so could hear the neighbours. Food was fine, nothing spectacular but always something to choose. Rice and spice restaurant and Bella gusto restaurant much better than the others. Swim up pool was nice and no issues getting sun loungers around the other pools most of the time. Only one deep pool was a bit of a let down but it is a family- and child-friendly resort so that’s fine. Included drinks were fine too, but nothing to write home about. Staff friendly, rooms spotless. Overall a nice place but wouldn’t want to stay more than a week as the food would get quite repetitive!!

Lots of amenities which were great for kids. Water park, pools, beach within walking distance. The restaurants are all closed at the same time for a couple hours during the day, but there is a snack bar. Lots of places to go nearby off resort as well.

Our room with private pool was great. Pool was clean and so wonderful to have. Our bathroom was stinky. The food wasn’t great. Pretty average resort food at the buffets. The snack bar food was pretty awful and looked run down. Lack of signage on the property coupled with a long walk from the back units made for a lot of long, hot walks. The staff were friendly. We could have been at any resort anywhere as it didn’t feel particularly Greek. Overall, the kids had fun with all the activities, although the fun park costs were additional as it’s separate from the resort. It was all inclusive with limited food times and the red wine was terrible. We visited the market next door to get drinks and snacks which was handy. I’d suggest bringing your own beach towel as you have to pay a cash deposit to use them and also have to pay each time you get a clean one.

Great waterpark, good service and helpfull staffs, entertainment area was very accommodating for kids. Although the hotel is big, you could always request for hotel buggies to transport within the hotel. Easy access to book excursions just outside hotel. Overall, had a lovely time at the property.

Wasserpark sehr schön. Leider waren die ganze Woche 2 Kinderrutschen gesperrt. Das Zimmer war noch recht neu, leider mit ein paar kleinen Mängeln. Die Reinigungskräfte waren super. Essen war meist gut bis sehr gut. Nur manchmal schon recht kalt. Allgemein ist die Anlage sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Kinderbetreuung geht erst ab 3. etwas lieblos gehalten. Alles in allem war es aber eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Food is very important for guests, and unfortunately variations of food is very poor. Every day the same is not possible to choose. Quality and standards is not up standards. Ein wirklich schönes Resort, genau das richtige für Wasserratten und zum Ausspannen. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und das Meer war von unserem Balkon aus direkt zu sehen. Das Essen und Getränke sind lecker, für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Wir hatten auch großen Spaß an der Mini Disco, die jeden Abend für die Kleinen stattfindet. Für unseren Geschmack mit 20 Uhr etwas spät, unsere Kleine ist aber auch erst 3. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Very nice village. Great food, almost too much. Lots of restaurants with pool bar serving nice gyros, pizza, cocktails and ice cream all day long for all inclusive customers. If you d like to be close to the pools, waterpark get a room in a building nearby. If you look nice and quite ask for a room in the back buildings-I-Z. The only down side was the room. Very poor design, unable to leave the windows open for fresh air. Unble to leave the aircon to clear the room as once you take the only key you get, electricity switches off. The rooms, especially the swim up-this was the one I stayed in, smells really strong of mould. I had to change 4 rooms to get one reasonable where I could stay onlyif the door wide open and really considered sleeping outdoor. So if you have asthma or allergies be careful maybe is better to use a room upstairs where the humidity is low but seing how the rooms don't get clean air everyday I can only assume this may be a problem with all the rooms. Such a shame as everything else, food, beach, location, staff are amazing. The food again really nice, lots of options

Vackert hotell med underbara pooler, bra mat överlag och fantastisk personal. Vattenland för alla åldrar även vuxna. Återvänder gärna igen och vill varmt rekommendera. Fantastiskt med pool direkt från rummet!
