Stayed for two nights. Room sizeable and clean, a few improvements needed in the bathroom but everything worked. Pool and bar area very nice and drinks reasonably priced, cheaper than in the bars in town. There was air conditioning in the room but I didn’t try to get it on because I didn’t need it, but a friend in another room tried and wast sure, maybe you need to pay for a remote control or something. Breakfast in the morning was included and while nothing spectacular did the job. Best thing about the place is its staff, who were all really friendly and helpful. Tourist tax is charged at 10 euros a night per room, which is the 4 star tax bracket, this isn’t a 4 star UK standard but a perfectly good 3 star with great staff .

Not a 5 star Hotel

This is not a 5 star Hotel but more a 2 star.Rooms are in bad condition and very low quality.Breakfast was only acceptable but foods are not fresh and delicious. Only positive thing is location nearby the beach.

Overall we were quite disappointed in the facilities. It had obviously been renovated, but being charged additional fees for use of the aircon in a 35 degree climate and also additional fees for use of the tv is just ridiculous. The bed was made with only a singular sheet on it which moved as soon as you lay on it to expose the bare mattress underneath. We had a room with a private pool which was unusable in the morning due to the cleaners cleaning the rooms above and sweeping the dirty balcony water into our pool. No shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided either. The breakfast spread was really good though.

Trevligt hotell nära stranden.

Mycket trevlig hotell med serviceinriktad personal. Familjärt. Gedigen frukost! Väldigt nära stranden. Rätt lugnt område trots närheten till Laganas huvudpartygata. Poolområdet behöver uppgraderas med nya parasoller och solstolar - går dock att använda. Önskat att poolbaren varit öppet längre än 16.00. Hade gärna tagit en eftermiddags-kvällsdrink vid poolen.

Hotellet har en perfekt beliggenhet; 100 meter til den fine, lange sandstranda i Laganas (langgrunt), med strandbarer og restauranter på rekke og rad bortover, 500 meter til hovedgata hvor det er liv og røre med alle puber, disco, småbutikker. Veldig hyggelig, blide og hjelpsomme personale i resepsjonen. God frokost, med greit utvalg. Savnet grønnsaker som løk og paprika, samt frukt som for eksempel oppskjært vannmelon. Kunne fylle på vann i termosflaska i vanndispenseren de hadde i frokostområdet. Fikk rene håndklær hver dag. Veldig fornøyd med renholdet. Gode senger. Fin størrelse på rommet. Supermarket og butikker rett ved hotellet. Hotellets solsenger var noe slitt, de bør skiftes ut. Badet var noe ufresht/slitt sammenlignet med rommet forøvrig. NB: aircondition er ikke inkludert så beregn 43 euro for det.

Leider hat man uns nach einer Woche einfach auf ein anders Hotel umgebucht, da das Hotel am 30.9.022 geschlossen hat, obwohl wir bis 10.10.2022 gebucht hatten. Das nochmalige Ein- und Auspacken hat uns einige Stunden gekostet und das andere Hotel Andreolas Beach Hotel war nur ein 2 Stern Hotel. Das Frühstück war ziemlich mies und bescheiden und die Zimmerausstattung war auch schlechter. Wir hätten gerne einen Teil der von uns bezahlten Hotelmiete retour. Bitte um Ihr Angebot.

Going out of high season

The room was basic but clean and did have a fridge which was useful. There was music on every night in the bars down on the beach which our room was facing that went on until around midnight. Location was excellent very close to the beach (20m?) and not too close to the busy strip but within easy walking distance if you do want to go there. Hotel pool was clean. All the staff were really friendly and made for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was continental and was nice. We didn't need it but if you want aircon Its 7€ per day and a safety deposit box is 10€ for a week. Free wifi available in the entrance seating area and around the pool. We went very end of season so hotel was quiet which was what we wanted. Several clubs In very close proximity so I imagine in high season can be very noisy. We had an enjoyable stay thank you :)

Good on the outside, disappointing details

The hotel was really nice from the outside and looked great as we walked in. However, things changed after we got settled. Our bathroom smelled like sewage every time we flushed the toilet or took a shower. There's no TV in the rooms. There is only WiFi in the hotel lobby. You can't use the pool after 8pm. No outside food or drink is allowed at the pool or in the outside dining area and they strictly enforce it which was very disappointing after we had ordered a pizza. Breakfast is the same every day which is just bread, butter, jam, and cereal. The hotel location is good and the pool area is nice but that's about it.
