We love the hotel very much. The staff are well trained and helpful. The room is clean, breakfast is with high standard. The jacuzzi is fantastic and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
I Highly recommend room 301, very spacious and beautiful mountain views. The hotel is clean, well looked after. The spa is a nice treat, really good sauna and jacuzzi. Quality food at the breakfast. 10/10
Beautiful hotel close to main attractions. The staff were very helpful and accommodating when we had to change some of our plans. The free breakfast is delicious and way above the typical Polish buffet breakfast. The rooms are well designed and decorated. Highly recommend!!
Beautiful hotel, gorgeous rooms, we had 3 reservations and all were excellent rooms, excellent location and delicious breakfast, highly recommend this hotel.
Excellent stay, but you have to book weeks in advance. Good price for the room and the location.
The hotel is small (only 19 rooms) with one small reception desk. The receptionist was very kind and friendly.
The rooms were very spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable.
The breakfast wasn't a buffet, but a fixed menu from which you can choose one item. Along with it, each table is saved with a basket of mini croissants and bread as well as spreads (jam, honey, grounded rabbit spread [yes, you read that right!]), a cup of mixed fruit, granola, and corn cereal.
There's a temporary 15-monute parking for chexking in, but then there's a parking lot across the street for hotel residents that can be accessed by the room card after you have paid for the parking.
The hotel is located next to the downtown street that's full of shops and restaurants. You get a priority seating for the dinner as it gets packed in the evening.
There's a breakfast amd dinner restaurants.
Clean room, anything you needed or curious about just ask the staff as they were more than accommodating. Highly recommend the downstairs restaurant. Might have been the best place to eat in Zakopane. Get a room with a patio/deck. Worth it.
We loved the Christina, the room was gorgeous, with nice views. The staff was great, we enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and massages on site. We had a very nice dinner in the restaurant and the breakfasts were good too.
Beautiful and modern hotel located about 15 minutes of walk from Zakopane train station, right in the center of the Main Street, by the independence square. Our room is very spacious, with large sitting area, a large table, and a patio overlooking the independence square. We didn’t use the spa, which is included in our stay for one hour per day. The breakfast is absolutely upscale, much nicer than the included breakfasts we have experienced in most European hotels. The front desk staff is so kind; she gave us a lot of information on hiking options in Tatra mountains. I will definitely come back to Cristina next time visiting Zakopane.
Perfect place to stay. Room was huge, restaurants excellent and service was impeccable. We had breakfast included and it was delicious. Quiet, walkable, clean and spacious.
Very nice hotel. Both restaurants were fantastic as were the breakfasts. Attentive restaurant staff. nice spa, convenient location. Good stay all round.
The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was delicious. The location is central to Main Street within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and shops. There was a nice Mountain View from our balcony. We would stay here again.
Room was fantastic. Restaurants on property were great, very reasonably priced, and breakfast was excellent. Great location for walking around town. Great experience at Aparthotel Cristina.
We spent three nights at this property in the beginning of December and it was fantastic. There were three adults who each required their own bed. The room could sleep four and had an incredible balcony overlooking a town square. The market/main drag is just a few hundred feet away. Staff was amazing. On site Italian restaurant was amazing.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
What a fantastic stay in Zakopane. The rooms were beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of.
Unfortunately, a major storm rolled in during our stay and forced us to spend much more time at the hotel than we had planned. As it turned out, that wasn't a bad thing at all. Both restaurants in the hotel were absolutely incredible. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was great, and the service was exceptional. We ended up enjoying several meals there and were impressed every time.
The spa was another highlight of our stay. The facilities were excellent, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the mountains. It added a whole extra level of luxury to the experience.
A special thank you to the entire team for turning what could have been a disappointing weather day into one of the highlights of our trip. Between the amazing staff, beautiful rooms, incredible restaurants, and outstanding spa, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.
We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zakopane.
