「We booked just a couple of hours before arrival. When we arrived around 4 PM, the place was completely closed. One phone call later, the staff drove over and opened everything up for us. 「Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room.」
