Muy mal la atención del personal el cual no está presente en recepción tienes k llamar con tu teléfono para cualquier problema y al no tenerlo por dejarlo en la habitación estuve una hora esperando en la puerta . Una vergüenza

El hotel no hay personal en recepción todo auto
Con la Targeta de ascenso en tres veces no funcionaba y una de ella estuve esperando una hora para k me abriesen la puerta de entrada por k no funcionaba y al no tener teléfono k lo deje en la habitación no podía ni llamar al número k pone en la entrada ni llamar a mi señora la cual estaba en la habitación sin Luz

Una buena opción en la Ruta de la Plata
Es un hotel práctico y funcional, está bien para usarlo si viajas de paso. Para ahorrar personal y por sentido práctico, tienen contratada la seguridad a través de unas cámaras a distancia. Al entrar ves y te ve, a través de una pantalla, una persona que vigila la puerta de entrada continuamente. En recepción te atienden de 9 a 13 horas cada día. La cafetería abre todos los días sólo para los desayunos, que están bien de relación calidad-precio. Estos detalles permiten a este hotel tener unos precios muy competitivos

Precio asequible. Bien para una noche de paso
El sistema de entrada es muy moderno. Recibes un SMS con un código y una clave. El registro se nos puso en alemán y llamamos a un teléfono que estaba claramente señalado. Enseguida nos atendieron en español y pudimos entrar. Suele haber aparcamiento gratuito en la calle. La cafetería sólo abre por las mañanas para desayunos. El hotel ofrece café, té y bollería gratuitamente en la zona de recepción. No hay recepcionista pero sí un vigilante de seguridad a través de una cámara. Por decir algo mejorable, las toallas estaban muy usadas. Convendría renovarlas.
