Absolutely loved this stay! Every good review you read is 100% true. The location is amazing, grocery store 2 steps away, bakery, coffee shop, bar, easy parking, great customer service and gorgeous views of the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to stay again. Felt like family.

Super location for a quiet break!

Lovely stay at this wonderful location! Very friendly and helpful staff and a great laid back vibe! Easy access by regular and cheap bus or walking to Zadar.

Really brilliant location by the sea front! Beautifully set up so you can enjoy the pool in the lovely garden or step out onto the promenade and bath in the clear waters of the sea!

The Ville Triana is located on the seawalk and has a lovely pool, but once past the exterior the hotel needs some serious care and attention. The shower was so small I could not wash my feet. This was a major distraction. The hair dryer overheated immediately and is clearly a fire hazard; the lighting was very poor; overall the room felt shabby. It was nice to have accessible coffee at all times. The staff was excellent. They gave us very good advice for restaurants nearby and in the Old Town. None of the aforementioned problems were the fault of the staff. The Villa Triana is not walkable to the Old Town. They did not claim to be so this comment is for information only (if it is not obvious from the map).

Best Place to stay.

We had an amazing time at Villa Triana. Excellent condition lovely property. Right in the water front and very close to supermarket and restaurants. Would happily stay there again.

It was a great location close to the sea with a lovely pool. Good bars close by but not too close. Sea 20m away. Little bit stoney so need swim shoes to go in the beautiful sea.

We booked "sea view room" and had no sea view from the room, but only a partial sea view from the balcony which was on the side of the room. Not only we got the sea view, but got stuck with an 'attick style bathroom' where we needed to twist our necks to use the mirror and even more the hairdrier. Towels seemed clean but had rust stains. Hot water enough only for a short shower. Employees though willing to help, but sadly lacking real solutions. Nice seafront location, but we regret not switching to other accomodation. Smell of cigarettes in the ground floor did not help the negative experience. Place with potential but with bad price to quality ratio for now.

The property has awesome views. The staff is welcoming and friendly (Loretta was very pleasant, helping and professional). That’s for the good part. The property has a meeting room, fully stacked, and there are no coffee makers in the rooms. But the coffee machine in the advertised “meeting room” was broken and was never fixed throughout our stay. The unfriendly lady owner even removed the electric kettle, siting safety reasons(???).The meeting room got simply locked the day after our arrival and was never accessible. The rooms are well decorated, but the showers are claustrophobic, and the hot water runs out in the middle of showering. Our friends had intermittent hot water in their shower (it would go from weak pressure to a drip). When the owner was notified of the problem, she simply shrugged it off by saying that everyone had the same issue. Stay away from this expensive property and unfriendly owner!

Skäligt boende till högt pris

Hotellet ligger väldigt långt från staden och man måste ta taxi eller lokalbuss för att komma dit, det går inte att gå. Mitt rum låg i österläge men saknade mörkläggningsgardiner, vilket blev jobbigt på morgnarna. Rummen var fräscha, stora och ACn väldigt effektiv. Fina balkonger! Poolen är helt ok, och går att hoppa i havet bara ytterligare några meter bort. Nära till liten matbutik och två-tre restauranger, men annars väldigt trist område, vi stannade som tur var bara två dagar. Ingen personal på plats, man fick ringa om man behövde något. Kort och gott helt skäligt men priserna de tar över sommaren är det inte värt.

Rigtig fint og hyggeligt hotel, venligt personale. Rummeligt værelse og god balkon. Lille poolområde med liggestole mm ud til stranden, strandhåndklæder kan lånes på hotellet. Vi troede dog, at poolbars var på hotelområdet - de ligger uden for, og du skal gå 3-4 min dertil. Nemt at komme til centrum, enten gå, taxi (ca 10 €) eller bus (bus 8, 1,60 €).

Upea ja rauhallinen paikka ihan meren rannassa

Majoitus oli upea, meillä alakerrassa huone josta suora pääsy uimaaltaalle ja muutaman metrin päässä sijaitsevalle merelle. Rauhallinen allasalue ja häkellyttävän kaunis auringon lasku suoraan pihalta. Kahvia sai ottaa koneesta päivän mittaan miten vaan halusi. Pieni marketti sadan metrin päässä josta sai evästä. Majoituksen pitäjät erittäin ystävällisiä ja auttavaisia kaikessa.

Par où commencer... Tout d'abord, nous sommes très loin du 4* : - Pas de bar - Pas de services de restauration - Pas de SPA - indiqué sur leur site, inexistant sur place - Salle de petit déjeuner digne d'un formule 1 en France au pris de 16€!!! Pour ce prix là le restaurant à côté vous propose entrée, plat et dessert pour le diner - Le chien des propriétaires qui aboit fortement à 5h du matin, 6h, 7h jusqu'à ce que le propriétaire daigne sortir cette pauvre animal, faire ses besoins. Ensuite, nous avons subit des piqures de punaises de lit pendant toute la nuit : nous n'avons pas fermé l'œil. Et puis il y a la piscine : le liner était entouré d'une fine couche de moisi vert dont certaines bestioles toutes blanches se régalaient. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine. Que dire de la chambre : douche digne d'un formule 1 (là encore), sale, tellement sale que la porte ne ferme plus à cause de la crasse accumulée tout autour. Enfin, nous avions réservé deux nuits : nous sommes partis au bout de la première nuit. Le propriétaire de l'hôtel ne s'est même pas déplacé pour venir nous voir et essayer de comprendre ce qui n'allait pas! Il vit sur place pourtant et c'est la réceptionniste qui a essayé d'arranger les choses comme elle pouvait. Je déconseille très fortement cet hôtel, qui n'a rien du standing d'un 4 étoiles, dont les propriétaires se moquent totalement de leurs clients et qui en plus n'investissent rien dans le minimum d'hygiène requis pour un établissement hôtelier.
