中心地から離れていると言われていたので、ここにするかどうか迷っていました。
でもガガーリン公園のほぼ横で、栄光広場のすぐ目の前でした。他にも動物園や旧樺太神社、山の空気展望台、勝利広場など、中心地から少し離れた観光地にも歩いて行けて、結果的にこの場所でよかったです。ユジノサハリンスク駅も徒歩20分〜25分程 度で。市内観光は全て徒歩で回れました。
ホテルもとても清潔で快適でした。
