「Facilities very nice, the view, the beds were great but hot water not working well, only staff we met, left in the rush to social event and didn’t come back at all so neighbors had to fix breakfast for us in our room because there were no key to get in dining room , access with luggage also difficult because it is located a the top of the mountain 」

「Beautiful location, perfect view of the lake and near by the dock. The place is run by a young couple. They only have 3 units so very tentive to our needs. The wife is an excellent cook, better than restaurant food we had in copacabana. We had one of the best meals. 」

「Besonders unfreundliche Angestellte, das Zimmer war unfassbar dreckig und verbraucht, die Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt und nicht sauber, die Möbel war kaputt und nicht zu gebrauchen,die Mülleimer waren noch voll vom Vorgänger, die Mülleimer in der Toilette waren noch voll mit benutztem Toilettenpapier - einfach alles nur widerlich!! Der Allgemeinzustand ist fatal. Alles so dreckig und verratzt! 」

「Don't book this hostel. The staff in the hostel did not know anything about my booking. They told me they don't work with Expedia any more. They searched their system to help me but nothing came up. When I complained to Expedia, online, the assistant called me back and offered to search for rooms in other hostels/hotels but the damage to my schedule was already done. 」
