「Property was clean and front desk staff were very helpful and friendly but the lady doing breakfast is obviously not happy with her job. She was not happy that the eggs and ham and muffins ran out and she had to be bothered to bring out more. Hopefully she finds a job that better fits her.」

「Facility was nice and well located for our needs. I would go back when in Yuma again. I had a couple of maintenance items which I told the front desk about - nothing significant.」

「La habitacion tenia mal olor, la alberca sucia. personal atento, centrico」

「Front receptionist was very helpful and friendly」

「It's a nice place」

「The staff are very welcoming.」

「Good and clean room are very impressive. The breakfast has two options. I enjoyed the break and bagel very well.」

「I will say that the staff and the property were very good. There were a lot of other issues that occurred that made our stay… not that pleasant. There was a lot of noise from the room directly above us. We called the front desk to get them to stop, which thankfully they did. Then in the middle of the night there was a ton of yelling and talking out in the hallway that woke us up. The last thing that occurred was that around 6am, the was a fire alarm that went off and evacuated the entire hotel....

「Clean room」

「Staffs were nice and polite. However the room was a bit old, heater was dusty; soundproofing was bad, you could hear people walking and talking outside; no hair dryer no shampoo; furnitures were scratched.」
