"Stayed for a night only. The hotel is outstanding. The room was very clean, mini bar fully stacked, had ward robes, bathroom complete with personal hygiene kits. Room was equipped with iphone chargers, and the lights, AC, can be controlled from one location next to bed. Staff from the greeters, front desk, roof top bar servers to dining area, were quick to assist and answer questions. I recommed this hotel to anyone expecting first class experience. Guest, Ramil"

"Shorter review than usual, as I was conveniently treated for a broken wrist next door at Makati Med. Rona in housekeeping made our stay very uncluttered and easy for me. Food and service at Misti Restaurant was exceptional as always, with offers to fill my buffet plate at breakfast and a beautiful bow at dinner."

"I had a wonderful stay at The Alpha Suites in Makati, and overall, it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it feel more like a serviced apartment than a typical hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and having a kitchen area was a big plus, especially for longer stays. The hotel’s amenities are impressive. The gym, swimming pool, and recreational facilities are some of the best I’ve seen—perfect for both relaxation and staying active. Everything was well organized and not overly crowded, which made the experience even better. The staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. Security was also excellent, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Location-wise, it’s very convenient, with easy access to Makati’s business district, restaurants, and nearby malls. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel itself felt quiet and peaceful. Overall, The Alpha Suites is an excellent choice for couples, families, business travelers, or anyone looking for comfort and quality in Makati.
