Stay for Bessengen hike

The condo had everything we needed. The separate bedroom with bunk beds for the kids was convenient. The pool was very much enjoyed.

While the property is clean and modern, there is no cold water in my apartment. So we can’t flush the toilet and we didn’t have clean cold water to drink. The shower is very hot due to no cold water. There is no shampoo, conditioner or cleaning soap. WiFi password is not provided in the room. We tried to contact the customer service by email but they are so far away and cannot help us. On top of this, finding the room and parking is also not so easy. Overall this made our night very difficult. We were hoping to have a nice shower and a nice rest. This set us back about 2 hours and our shower was very very difficult and unsatisfactory. Toilet is also a huge issue. But there is no one onsite who can help solve the problem.

Manglet det lille ekstra

Egentlig veldig fornøyde med alt, men mangel på enkle basisprodukter som såpe, sjampo og ekstra avfallsposer gjør at det trekker noe ned da man kan forvente å få med dette i denne prisklassen. Det er litt kjedelig å bruke tiden sin på å gå i butikken for å skaffe dette.

Flott leilighetshotell, men det mangler det siste

Vi hadde et flott opphold. Nytt og fint leilighetshotell midt i sentrum med høy standard, flotte møbler, og vi var heldige og fikk god utsikt. Et stort pluss og årsaken til at vi bodde der er at vi fikk tilgang til Ridderbadet bad, med avdelinger for voksne og barn, basseng inne og ute med mer. På bakgrunn av dette kommer vi nok tilbake. Når det gjelder leiligheten, er den for spartansk utstyrt. Ikke håndsåpe på badet, få knagger for å henge opp klær og håndklær, ingen skap (leiligheten er designet for å ha plass til et garderobeskap) eller hyller for å legge bagasje, køyesengen burde vært bredere nede, det er et vindu over inngangsdøra uten beskyttelse, og det er lite info før og under oppholdet. I tillegg synes jeg ventilasjonen på kjøkkenet er rart utformet, det blåser rett tilbake ut i rommet - med balansert sentralt ventilasjonsanlegg burde dette være sentralt tilkoblet, slik som er vanlig på nye leiligheter. Derfor er konklusjonen at det er et flott leilighetshotell, men det mangler det siste for å få toppscore.

Ett flott hotell og perfekt for alle aldre.

Utrolig flott plass å være. Anbefales virkelig til de som reiser alene eller sammen med andre. Flotte fellesområder og ikke minst bassengene som passer for alle aldre. Ett minus var middagen som vi spiste på restauranten på hotellet. Vi bestilte 2 barne pizza og fikk servert 2 store pizza. Da vi påpeke dette for kelneren så nektet han for dette,og ville ikke diskutere det i det hele tatt. Enda vi sa hvorfor vi skulle bestille voksen pissa til barn som spiser lite.

Helt strøken studio. Lekkert interiør og perfekt beliggenhet. Fullt utstyrt kjøkken. Parkering i kjelleren er uvurderlig i lunefullt norsk klima. Innlåsing med app fungerte ikke, og vi måtte to ganger bort på Radisson før vi fikk nøkkelkort som virket.
