「Really lovely stay for 3 nights. Gorgeous room and bathroom, great friendly staff and good food. Very good value. Train station right across the road. Would definitely stay again.」

「The hotel was dated and run down. The room had marks all over wall and had a strong odour of damp. There were limited staff and the older lady at breakfast was really rude and huffed and puffed. The cups were disgusting all stained. Breakfast items kept running out.」

「房間整潔，床亦夠大，寵物友善。」

「Room was clean but an issue with extractor fan in bathroom. Staff very approachable and polite. Spa staff were exceptional. Food was fantastic especially the breakfast.」

「Location was convenient for us but the room was noisy with music playing until after 11pm on both nights. Strange smell in the room and no reading lights or fridge.」

「The staff are really lovely and helpful. The lady at the reception was very kind to me and helped me when there was an issue with the booking as Expedia had not sent the booking through properly and she still managed to find me a room. Second time I have stayed here and will definitely stay again ❤️」

For an expensive room (even for a Sunday) it was quite basic in lots of ways, and disappoining when compared to the plush bar and seating areas downstairs. Evening meal and breakfast were excellent....

「nice property, quiet, well located in the country side and fairly well connected. would recommend.」

「Not very clean.」

「Everything was great: comfortable room, tasty continental breakfast. Traveler cell service and wifi limited in the area, so make certain to confirm everything before you head out!」

「前台服務員很好 早餐有點失望 煎蛋放得太久太硬」

「All the staff were so friendly. The bar staff especially Phil were excellent. We were there for an 80th birthday. My wife lost a bracelet we asked at reception in the morning and the lovely lady on reception said she would look inn the safe... unfortunately nothing. We went to look in the room where the party was held but it had already been cleaned. A lovely young lady named Erin asked could she help, we explained what had happened and she said that a bracelet had been found and had been put...
