Amazing Stay

From booking to leaving Nancy took care of everything we needed, full of information to make your stay that much better. Ideally situated a walk to the main centre and Menin Gate, our room was more than we expected, large, clean with a large bathroom with everything needed during our 2 day visit. Every morning a lovely breakfast with as much coffee as needed and at a time to suit us. We will certainly be coming back and stay here again.

A personal service from Nancy. Beautiful bathroom with luxurious products and bath tub. A huge selection of food for breakfast at a time to suit. Clean and fresh throughout. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to restaurants and the market square. Easy free parking 1 street away. Lovely atmosphere with candles and tea/coffee snacks to help yourself during your stay. Perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this gem. Thank you Nancy

He estado durante 3 semanas en el B&B de Nancy y la experiencia ha sido inmejorable. El trato recibido por parte de Nancy ha sido muy bueno. Las instalaciones y la limpieza un 10. La localización es perfecta. Facil de aparcar y tirnes el centro de Ieper a 5 min andando. El desayuno de 10!

Best B&B

This B&B is one of the top 3 that my wife and I have ever stayed in. Nancy our Host was exceptionally welcoming being multi Lingual including fluent English and very informative of the sightseeing places nearby. Her continental breakfast was amazing and the best continental breakfast we have had from any hotel or B&B in the world. The room was immaculate, of good size and a large en-suite which included a nice bath (my wife loved the soak in it). The location was fantastic with a 5 minute walk to the square which is full of eating options from icecream and waffles to very good restaurant dining and the Flanders Museum, 8 minute walk to the Mennin Gate and free roadside parking outside the B&B. One fantastic B&B.

Excellent but please don't tell everyone else!

We cannot praise this establishment enough. Nancy and Dirk were super friendly and welcoming. The accommodation itself was incredibly clean, tidy and beautifully furnished. Nancy's breakfast table was wonderful; Fresh farm yoghurt/cream, Cereal,Juice, Preserves, Selections of meat and cheese, Eggs, great selection of fresh bread and rolls, not to mention the delicious pastries! Parking was easy and outside of the chargeable zone so that was a bonus. Nothing was too much trouble and we look forward to returning again in the future. Thank you Nancy and Dirk, your attention to detail made our holiday truly special.

Perfect place in Ypres

We could not fault this place to stay. A warm and welcoming greeting by the family Very clean and comfortable parking outside the house. Breakfasts were everything you could ask for. Also access to tea and coffee when needed. Situated a short walk from the centre of town and the main attractions we would recommend this abide to anyone . Certainly go back if ever in the area again

ベッドルームもバスルームも十分広くて清潔で、ゆったり快適に過ごせました。オーナーご夫妻もとても親切かつフレンドリーで、まるで知り合いの家におじゃましているような感覚のアットホームなB&Bです。街の中心部へは歩いて行けますし、駅へも車で10分程。電車の時間をお知らせしておいたら駅まで送迎してくれました。朝食には新鮮なフルーツと、食べきれないくらいの種類のパンやチーズが出ていて、どれも美味しくいただきました。希望を聞いてから調理してくれる朝食の卵料理がまた絶品！またイーペルへ行く機会があれば、是非再度利用したいです。

Amazing

we had an amazing weekend at B & B @ rooms. The rooms are clean and quiet. The property is situated 10 minutes from the Menin Gate. The hosts are fabulous, nothing is too much trouble and the breakfast is divine. I would definitely return!

Unbelievably great place to stay in Ypres

This was an exceptional place to stay right near the centre of Ypres. From the hospitality shown by Nancy and Dirk to the glorious comfort of our en suite bedroom, we cannot fault a thing. We have never stayed in a hotel or guest house that came close to reaching the high standards just experienced. The beds are big, cozy and comfy, the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped and the breakfast was an amazing feast of treats. Although we did not use the mini bar we appreciated the effort put in to meet every need, and at reasonable cost. We will return again and are delighted to highly recommend.

Gracious and generous hosts

This B&B is very well located in a quiet street about 5 minutes walk from the main square. Nancy and Dirk were very welcoming and grew up in the area so they knew the area well. In all my dealings with the hosts I found them very keen to help. I was very impressed with their friendliness and their service. Nancy in particular does everything she can to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. She gave me excellent advice about restaurants and places to visit. She also helped me with the arrangements for placing a floral tribute to a relative who died in WW1 at the Menin Gate. My room was spacious, clean, very modern and excellently furnished. Everything worked well. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent with good amenities. Excellent wifi connection in the room. There is also a mini bar with a fantastic selection of Belgian beer (and the matching glasses!) at very reasonable prices. The room does not contain a room safe but the furniture is very comfortable. Breakfast is just amazing. Nancy provides a great variety of choices and cooks fresh eggs and makes excellent coffee. There is a selection of local cheeses (always labelled) and cold meats or smoked salmon as well as yoghurt, meusli rice pudding and dried fruits. On each day I stayed there breakfast was so plentiful and delicious that I didn't need lunch. Sleep quality is excellent. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet.

Quiet, comfortable and convenient

Perfectly situated a few minutes walk from Menin Gate and main square. Only thing we didn't like was the lack of bathroom door, though we were offered a screen, it's not the same thing. Generous and varied breakfast, very comfortable bed, quiet location and friendly and helpful hosts, who obviously went the extra mile for other guests from Australia staying as part of a longer holiday. Loved Ypres!

Great stay @Rooms, ideal location to walk to the centre and all the local attractions. Actual room as excellent,very clean and of a high standard. We were made very welcome and the breakfast was first class. If you are looking for something special then I would recommend this B&B.

The Best!

Fantastic 4 night stay at B & B @ Rooms. Our hosts Nancy and Dirk were welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable. The room was one the best we have stayed in, first class in all ways. The breakfast was outstanding and keep us full all day. The house is a very short walk from the Menen Gate and all the other sights. Good location for the station and access to tours.

Best hot chocolate milk in Belgium

Warm welcome and communication both before and during our stay. The breakfast was consistently substantial and nutritious every morning. The hot chocolate is highly recommended! The location is about a 10 minute brisk walk from the centre of town with quick access to the start of the ramparts wall. It is a hike from the train station if on foot. But jumping on the centrum bus will make it less arduous. Nancy and Dirk make fine hosts and respectfully gave us privacy, and nothing appeared too little for them to help support with. This B & B is an asset to Ieper with much information available, meaning we never needed to visit the info centre.

Lovely stay in beautiful B&B

Lovely house and tastefully decorated room. Memory foam mattress was different and not my personal choice. Breakfast was amazing. A short walk into main square and plenty of parking outside. Overall an outstanding stay.
