"The hotel is an oasis in a busy neighborhood. The lobby was inviting and the room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant had a variety of choices that were tasty and appealing to the eye. The staff was helpful. We would stay here again."

"Tatami mat full of stain, dust on table, coffee machine area and on lamp at sink area. Big spider web at the outdoor near open air bath. Half shelter only at open air bath and shower area, it was raining when we check in that day. Unable to shower or use onsen. Pillar in room are worn off and those outside are rusty. Washing machine have lot of fibre left on the rim, no maintenance. Breakfast and dinner served not authentic Japanese style and food quality were bad. Disappointing and regretted tgat we paid $500 plus for such room. "
