He collected me from the central bus station late at night and organised my return journey to Ankara airport I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and will certainly use it again if I go back .The hotel is perfectly located to explore the ancient village. "This was my second time staying here. I made Safranbolu a stop on my trip just so I could stay at Efe Guest house for a few days. The hospitality and the kindness of the owners are beyond exceptional. I felt even more at home this time than the last time; now I feel like part of the family and would look forward to coming again. "The hotel is in the Ottoman style of the area. The welcome at check-in was perfect and the service was great throughout our stay. We had a corner room which was very spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable and although the bathroom was small it was adequate with a powerful shower. The Turkish breakfast had a good variety of fresh dishes and was plentiful. Our room was next to the road and we could hear the traffic passing by, however it did not disturb us. We found the location of the hotel was perfect for the old town with just a short walk to the heart of the area. "
