「I can't speak to every guest's experience, but I can speak to how this hotel handled a serious issue involving one of my employees. During her stay, she discovered bedbugs in her room. While the hotel did move her to another room, that was the extent of the support provided. 「The hotel is in the good location that you can walk to shop or restaurant. The baseball stadium is like 5 mins walk and I enjoyed the baseball game during the staying. Front desk receptionists are friendly also provide the nice service.」

「The fact that I wrote a review ahead of this one and got a response from the GM saying how sorry they were for my experience. Then that was it. No refund no let me make it right, what kind of crap is that. My stay was awful to the point of not staying there past check out and checking into a hotel 45 minutes away judt to make sure I wasn't near that place again. People who reserve a room at this place be warned its gross, is loud, its full of pets, hair, dirt, bugs and I wouldn't let my kids...

「Just the cutest place to stay. The room was perfect, a large bathroom a small twin bed room between the bed and the bathroom, that you can put your luggage on. A wonderfully kept old manor. Breakfast was lovely, met some great people including the owner. Could not have been better!」
