"비가 온 후라 계곡에 물이 많아 물소리 이름의 방과 딱 어울렸어요. 오래되었지만 깔끔한 방이 더 정이 갑니다. 창 한가득 푸르름이 보였는데 단풍이 드는 가을에 한번 더 오고 싶어요. 숙박전 식당과 가볼 수 있는 곳 정보도 문자로 주셔서 고마웠습니다.아침 계란과 커피도 잘 먹었는데 전날 ''몇시쯤 준비할까요?" 라는 물음도 세세함이 전해졌습니다. 어른 4명이 자기엔 좀 작았지만 처음으로 한방에서 자본 경험에 유쾌해졌어요. ㅎㅎ"

"Room was spacious and modern with good amenities. The balcony was a plus. Overall a great stay. Breakfast was really good. The hotel is surrounded by a few food choices and convenience store but it’s easy uber ride to Yongpyong nearby for more options. The resort is ski in and out so it’s super convenient. The resort lobby has a cafe with good coffee, that’s a plus. "

This was my third visit to Phoenix Pyeongchang, and every time I come, I am impressed by the excellent and clean facilities, the friendly service, and the variety of relaxing spaces. It is always a place where I can enjoy myself and feel completely at ease."

"체크인할때 예약이 안되어있다며 확인하는데 너무 오래걸려서 일단 첫 인상부터 별로였는데 객실을 가서 보니 침구랑 수건도 냄새도 나고 식기 건조되어있는 곳에 거미줄도 쳐있고, 방에 개미도 있고, 수영장도 옆에 계곡물을 끌어올리는 것 같았는데 부유물이 너무 많이 떠있는 고인 물같아서 걱정스러웠고 놀이터는 너무 낡고 관리안되서 위험해보이기까지 했네요 겨우 하루 버티고 일찍 퇴실했어요"

"무더운 여름 바다에서 실컷 놀고 나서 대관령 쪽에 위치한 아늑한 팬션으로 온 덕분에 마음과 몸의 진정한 쉼을 가질 수 있었습니다. 딸 아이들 셋이라 깨끗할까 걱정했는데 막상 오니까 병원보다 더 깔끔한 수준에 완전 놀랬습니다. 실내 인테리어와 소품들이 너무나 아기자기해서 따뜻하고 아늑한 분위기 속에 아침에 향긋한 커피 한 잔의 여유를 누릴 수 있었고, 밤에는 에어컨을 안 켜도 추울 정도로 시원한 바람으로 신성한 산의 공기를 가득 마실 수 있었습니다. 저녁에 사장님이 준비해 놓으신 그릴에서 신랑이 고기도 맛있게 구워주고 아이들과 함께 별도 구경하는 걸로 이 낭만의 밤을 오래 오래 행복한 추억으로 간직할 것 같습니다. 무엇보다도 이 팬션은 산의 맨 위에 있어서 스위스 부럽지 않게 풍경이 눈부시게 아름다웠습니다. 정말 감사했습니다. 꼭꼭 다시 가고 싶은 아지트가 생겼습니다. 이런 꿈 같은 장소를 발견한 울 배우자님께도 꾸벅!"
