I like the room size which is quite big and the nice view of the seafront. Ample space to park our rental car.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The room was clean and the bed was very spacious. The bathroom was quite a step up from the rest of the room.
The room also uses physical keys and these need to be handed to reception for room cleaning.
Humidifiers are also not in every room and you may need to go early to fetch the units from the shared cupboard (only a few).
It was worth the effort to get here as we could have easily based ourselves in Yonago. The hotel is lovely and the view from our ocean view room was spectacular. The ocean is very clean to swim in. Breakfast was excellent and we dined in the restaurant one evening which was a hilarious experience for us navigating the menu with Google translate and the online ordering system. The menu was diverse and the food good.
We look forward to returning.
The hotel is well located right by the beach, you can see both the sunset and sunrise. Breakfast is excellent with king crabs legs. Wifi is fast and room is clean and roomy and very comfortable. Reception speaks English well. The onsen has beach view. We highly recommend this hotel with great restaurant for dinner as well nearby Hokaido rolling sushi restaurant.
Beautiful location, excellent facilities, onsen is exceptional one of the best I’ve been in, breakfast had great selection of delicious foods including salads, cereals, fresh crab and mackerel!
however there a place for improvement: first - all the communication between us and hotel staff was only thought Google Translate. A bit disappointing. Another issue - restaurant & breakfast. it was crowded during evening hours and with a long wait (staying outside whatever weather conditions) during breakfast time.
Toilet had a sewage smell throughout our stay. Wallpaper was peeling off at some areas. There was a used bottle of water in the fridge so it felt like the place was not cleaned adequately. View is great and ample parking available. Room was spacious which is rare in Japan.
i have been there 10 years ago. For reason the lobby and breakfast dinning room looks different to me. I might be wrong but the Lobby seems smaller and the dinning hall is so dirty and not appetising. Hotel is right in front of the beach and firwork everyday for summer. What can i complain? it;s perfect
We stayed here for 2 nights, quite disappointed there is no crab on the first day breakfast..but luckily we had crab on the last day breakfast, yeah!
our room has oceanview and we really enjoy the view; hotel has supplied kimono and we really love it, the bed is so comfy and room is big and clean; staffs are nice and explained all the amenities to us; they have water supply at each floor and free parking in the front
