備え付けの什器について、飲み物を入れて暫くするコップの周りが濡れていた。結露かと思ったが、よくよくコップを観るとヒビが入っていた。

長期宿泊には便利だが、スタッフの対応に課題あり

チェックイン時間の前に荷物が置けるとのことで、事前に時間を伝えて予約しておいたのにもかかわらず、時間になっても解錠方法の連絡がなく部屋に入れない状況でした。また、宿泊者の情報提供を事前にしていたのにも拘らず「お客様情報を送らないと解錠の情報は送れない」と言われ、わざわざ問い合わせをして、連絡した旨を説明して解錠方法を教えて頂きました。また、チェックイン時間も事前に連絡しておいたのですが、結局解錠方法がメールできたのは、その時間よりもかなり後でした。チェックイン時間や荷物を事前に置く希望を聞かれたのは、何の意味があったのか謎でした。スタッフの連携や対応に課題があると思いました。アパートですので、上の階の足音は響きます。隣の部屋の方の咳やくしゃみも、はっきり聞こえましたので、ゆっくりされたい方や音が気になる方には不向きかなと思いました。隣の部屋と繋げられる扉の造りになっているので、それも原因かもしれません。一通りの備品や設備は備わっていて、キレイなお部屋でしたが、対応面において厳しい部分があり、せっかくの旅行でしたが残念でした。

対応がいい

部屋のエアコンが壊れていたが直ぐに部屋を変えてくれ、対応が早く気持ちよかった。部屋に乾燥機があるとより良いと思います。

建物も新しく清潔で良いフライパンや鍋包丁等なんでも置いてあるので食材を買って来てホームパーティーなんかも開ける

清潔で良い環境

ロケーションもよく周辺は風情がある。ただし、夏期は道路が混むため旅行者の自動車でのアクセスには注意が必要です。室内はきれいですが大人4人では窮屈か。管理会社の方が親切に4人では狭いと事前に案内ありましたが納得して宿泊しました。お子さん含めての4人の宿泊なら問題ないかと思います。

隣部屋の音を気にしない方にはとてもおすすめ

+ : 場所が海からとても近く、駅とも近いです。また、周辺にコンビニもあるため、場所的にはとても良いです。 -: 防音が全くできません。隣部屋が朝6時からテレビを見ると、自分がテレビを見るように聞こえます。左は若いカップルが朝夜に性行為を行い、女性の声がそのまま聞こえました。右は赤ちゃんがいましたが、鳴き声が自然なのであまり気になりませんでした。

とてもくつろげる部屋で綺麗でした。キッチンもとても使いやすかったし、思っていたよりキッチン用品が揃っていました。隣の部屋とドアひとつで繋がっている部屋だったのでちょっと気分的に。多分隣の宿泊者がいなかったのが前提だったと思うのですが。他は特に不満はありませんでした。

The apartment was great and I couldn’t ask for anything else . But the neighbors however are senior citizens and they act very immature . I had a few situations with an old lady that throw all my trash all over the front of the complex and knocked on our doors and windows and would pick fights with me and I wouldn’t understand her because I don’t speak Japanese. The hotel as a whole was great but the neighbors are terrible ****2 out of 5 stars ****

シンプルに過不足なく清潔に整えられたお部屋で、快適に楽しく過ごせました無人の施設にメールのみの連絡で宿泊することに始めはどきどきしましたが、メールでの対応が非常に親切で、安心して利用することが出来ました夏に海水浴旅行などでも利用したいと考えています

ハイハイしたての子供連れでの利用でした！段差もなく、とても広くて清潔感たっぷりで安心してゆっくり過ごす事が出来ました。綺麗なのに必要な物は全て揃っていました。タブレットまであることに驚き感動しました。場所も海岸まで近く、分かりにくい場所とありましたが迷う事なくたどり着けました。絶対にまた利用したいです。ありがとうございました！

素晴らしい点はバスルームです。乾燥機能も付いているので洗濯物が乾きます。シャワーもお洒落で、今まで泊まったホテルや宿泊施設の中で一番良いバスルームだと思います。悪かった点は、グラスにジュースの様な粘り気がある物が付着していました。またコーヒーを飲んだ汚れがある陶器もあり、ハウスキーパーの方の管理がいい加減だと思いました。駐車場に停められる車が限られているらしいので、私が宿泊予約した時、自力で近くの駐車場を探す用にと言われました。チェックインする為に車を停め、外食の時に出かけ、戻って駐車場に停め…などを繰り返していると、駐車場代だけで5千円超えました。駐車場が備え付けられている、別の宿泊施設に泊まるべきだったと思いました。海からは近いので、泳ぐ事だけを目的とし、徒歩で移動をする場合の宿泊は良いと思います。また連泊する場合、バスタオルは備え付けの洗濯機で自分で洗う様にと言われました。バスタオルが大判でフワフワな毛が付いている重いバスタオルなので、体を拭く時不便です。また、バスルームの乾燥室に、こんな大判で重いバスタオルを干すと、他の洗濯物を同時に干せないと思いました。またベッド周辺に、髪やゴミが中々取れない様な、毛が長い絨毯が敷かれており、不衛生に感じました。また備え付けの箱ティッシュの中が少ない状態だったので、すぐ無くなりました。ティッシュやトイレットペーパーが無くなった場合、自力で店を探して買う様に…とも言われました。宿泊してみて… 食器が汚れている、駐車場までが遠い、備え付けの備品が十分ではない、重いバスタオルや毛が長い絨毯など… 宿泊する人の利便性が全く考えられていない場所だと思いました。
