een redelijke hotel

het hotel is op zich wel te doen qua comfort alleen het personeel spreekt gebrekkig Engels. het ontbijt smaakt op zich gewoon goed alleen ze hebben weinig keuzen. tevens had ik een kamer gekregen waarvan de badkamer naar riolering stonk hier heb ik een klacht overgedaan met behulp van een tolk en ze zouden er naar kijken vervolgens hadden ze alleen maar de ventilatie aan gezet en de deur open gelaten van de badkamer zo dat het niet zo erg meer stonk hier over ben ik teleurgesteld tevens was de lift niet beveiligd met een pas scanner ( maakt mij persoonlijk niks uit ) en de lift was behoorlijk vies en ik vond het jammer dat de bar om 10 uur al ophouden met schenken

book a room for 3, the receptionist dont even know how to accomodate 3 guest in a room. give us a room with one queen bed for 3 guest, extra bed extra charge. how is dat possible? then after a 'little' waiting, they give us an extra bed. ( its actually included with the price, but the staff dont bother to chech properly).. they should know at least how to accomodate 3 human in one room. done room cleaning everyday but i dont know y they cant refill the toilet paper and drinking water in the room.. everything must be told... request for an iron, it takes them 3days to provide us the iron.. ordered a fish n chips from the restaurant - description is fish fillet deep fry with potato chips and mixed salad, and we get only fish fillet ( or fish finger ? ) with some leaves ( not salad, but i'll pass since there is some greens there) .. no chips, need to request for the chips, again.... well i think the service is not worth even for a budget hotel.

Saya menginap di hotel ini bersama keluarga dengan mengamnbil 2'kamar, 1'kamar kami tidak ada view nya, fasilitas dikamar sangat bagus dan nyaman, AC dingin, air panas lancar, toilet bersih, ranjang nyaman, kamar dibersihkan selagi kami keluar, handuk diganti, keamanan terjaga, sarapan pagi enak. Over all semuanya memuaskan kami sekeluarga. Saya todak sempat menikmati rooft toop jadi tidak bisa beri komentar, wifi sering putus putus.
