"The hotel is clean and good for the price you pay. It is convenient and not too far from Malioboro and Tugu. The staffs are friendly and helpful if you need information about places to eat or shop. I stayed briefly for 2 nights and did not dine at the hotel restaurant. Therefore, I dont have any comment regarding foods offered at the restaurant. Thank you."

We had a ‘bit’ of confusion at the end of our stay but Ken, the duty manager on the day had explained the confusion and he handled the minor incident very professionally.
