「Our welcome at the reception was ice-cold no one smiled, slow check-in, we reached exactly on time but rooms weren't ready. When the 2 rooms were allotted (we were 4 family members with a toddler) it was on different floors which was very inconvenient. We have paid so much money(around 4 times of the actual cost) through Expedia, and we asked for complimentary breakfast from the day1 which was already in their itinerary.
