Feeling when I was stay.
Never thought this hotel only has 5 floors, and I was arranged in 3rd floor, the room size is ok to stay, but the environment was not that satisfied, there was a stain on the edge of the toilet, and sort of sticky when shoes on it, I don’t know what it is, but it’s a little disgusting. Chosing Grand Mercure is like hitting the lotto. General manager Rita is an exceptional human being in kindness, professionalism and friendliness. We felt at home in her sweet presence. She became part of our family. Rita, Iris and Sofi are pleasant memories now. Thank you all
