"It was barely a step up from a motel. The bathroom had a really small tub and tiles that were stained and mildewy. The TV kept losing signal . I booked a king room with a couch and they gave me a queen . Travelled with my cousin . She booked a separate room. They didn’t have a room for her because they said if you choose the Expedia ‘pay at property’ option you don’t have a reserved room. I chose the pay in advance option . I never knew that if you don’t pay in advance on Expedia that you don’t actually have a booked room! After 8 hours of driving - it was a really frustrating experience and disappointing stay."

"The room was very nice and the giant windows overlooking the beach were fantastic! Modern room, comfortable and well kept. We were here in the off season, so no pool or bar was expected, but we were surprised there was also no ice machine in April. The location was quiet and close to Seabright and Highlands food and shopping. Overall, we had a great stay."

"Breakfast was a traditional free hotel breakfast, eggs, homefries, ham, waffle station, bagels, toast, coffee, juice. food was ok as expected. Room we had was bigger than i thought it was going to be which was a nice surprise. inside neede some additional touch ups but had what seem to be a new fridge and kithcen cabinets. shower tubs were a little dirty nothin horrile overall it was a good stay. However, one thing to know before arriving is that the kitchen is not fully equipped when you walk in. If you plan to cook, you will need to request basic items like dishes, utensils, plates, pots, pans, and even a toaster from the reception. None of these are automatically provided in the room. It is also important to come prepared or plan a shopping trip. You will need to buy essentials such as dish soap, a sponge, paper towels, tissues, disinfecting wipes, and any food you plan to eat. If you want to cook properly, you may also need to bring or purchase a cutting board and a knife. For laundry, detergent can be purchased at the reception, but they do not provide fabric softener, so keep that in mind. The check-out policy is strict. Check-out is at 11:00 AM, and if you are late, there is a $10 charge for an extra hour. Staying until 1:00 PM results in being charged for a full additional day. Breakfast is very minimal and not what you would expect from a traditional hotel. It is more of a grab-and-go setup with items like cookies, snacks, oatmeal, and coffee. Another thing worth noting is that some guests stay here long-term, almost like tenants. Because of this, you may occasionally see people who give off a less typical hotel vibe. Overall, despite these drawbacks, it can still be a good place to stay, especially if you prefer to cook."
