Wonderful family hotel near the centre.
If you want an ordinary hotel with a reception desk and a lady behind it, if you like strict hotel rules, this hotel is not for you. This is an hotel where you are seen and treated as a person.
When you enter you are welcomed by the owner who invites you to the hotel terrace and offers you a drink. This terrace is the centre of this hotel with 7 rooms. You meet there other guests, but also friends and family of the owner, However it's not busy. I have spend there many evening in the sunset all bby myself, drinking a glass of Georgean wine that I bought at the supermarket on he ground floor of the building.
I had a great time here and surely recommend this wonderful place to everybody.

Great hotel close to city
This hotel is a great place to stay if you are visiting Yerevan
We booked for one night but stayed for 2
It’s a short walk into the centre of the city. Or you can catch the Metro. Nearest stop is a couple of hundred metres away
Family are very warm and friendly
Breakfast was really tasty

A lovely place to stay - large bedroom-good breakfast-20 minute walk to the cascade. Best of all was the landlady who did everything possible to make my stay amazing from serving me a late breakfast on my first day to flagging down a taxi on my last day when I was rushing to the bus station, she was truly amazing and made my stay perfect 10/10
