Let me start by saying the room was clean and the people working there were all very pleasant and helpful. However the room that I ended up staying in was very rundown, poor water pressure, sink wobbly, and one side of the bed was completely collapsed. The walls were very thin, that if you room next door made a sound you would here it, and when taking a shower the sound of the water reverberate on that section of the floor. The room was plenty big. Breakfast was good! It's well located (right behind the Swedish Embassy) and a 5min walk from Republic Square. Would I come back, probably not.

I think it is completely inappropriate for this to be advertised as a 4 star property. The standard falls below 2 stars at its very best. The first room as I was offered (even though I was later told this was an error, which I do not fully believe) was in an appalling condition. There were marks on the walls, the wardrobe was broken, the fridge smelled to name but a few. I was then offered an upgrade to a better room. Which certainly was an improvement, but barely 3 stars let alone 4. I was disappointed to learn that the pool and the gym were not available for use. When I asked how long this had been the case, I was informed it had been quite some time. Given that the room was booked 3 days prior to my arrival, the Hotel have clearly lied about facilities to lure in guests. I find this unacceptable. The breakfast was very limited, and some of the hot food was cold. Clearly this hotel would have been 4 stars when first built, however it is in desperate need of refurbishment and should not be allowed to advertise itself as 4 stars and charge as such. I will certainly not be back

スタフが親切で情報の提供がわかりやすく助かった。　朝食も生野菜から、温かい炒め物、果物、ヨーグルトと種類も豊富でおいしかった。部屋は古いが清掃はしっかりできている 大通りに面しているが密閉性があり静かに過ごせた　WiFiも問題ありません

Hotel pulito ed economico

L'hotel è abbastanza buono e offre i comfort di base, con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. La struttura ha qualche problema: nella prima camera dove ho alloggiato si è rotto il lavandino, tuttavia il personale mi ha spostato immediatamente in un'altra camera più confortevole senza costi aggiuntivi, quindi sono rimasto soddisfatto di come l'hotel ha gestito il problema. Buona la prima colazione. L'hotel ha una piccola piscina e una palestra, che peraltro ha pochi macchinari, alcuni dei quali non funzionanti.

Половины из того, что есть в описании отеля, на самом деле нет, а сотрудницы впервые об этом слышат (напр, большой сейф, балконы, стиральная машинка, меню подушек и т.д...). Номера не самые чистые, шумоизоляция никакая, слышно абсолютно всё. Обратите внимание, что некоторые номера не ремонтированы. А если номер находится на последнем этаже, то при дожде возможен потоп. Ночью до ресепшна дозвониться невозможно, все спят. Из плюсов - персонал (за редким исключением отзывчивые и доброжелательные сотрудники), климат-контроль в номерах, возможность позднего выезда, наличие детской кроватки для самых маленьких (хотя матрас плохой). Завтраки более-менее. Поужинать там не удалось, так как больше половины меню в наличии не было

Excellent wifi, easy walk to city center

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Wi-fi was fast, the connection was stable. The room was clean but dated. The bed was just OK. The shower equipment needed repair. Breakfast was marginal with very limited selection.

Good, except when you need to contact them.

The hotel is nice and a good value, but if you need to contact the staff before or after your stay, they do not respond. Our son left his favorite toy rabbit in the room. He is very upset about it. We tried to call and email the staff to see IF they found it. No response. They say they will call back, but they don't. When we thought there was an issue with the reservation before we arrived, we called and they said they would check and call us back (we had a local Yerevan number). They never called back. Several times we tried, but they do not respond.

schönes Hotel in eine gute Lage, sehr gute Dienstl

das Ankommen war sehr schlecht (Problem mit Taxi, das erste Zimmer war ohne Airconditionner und sehr warm. die Nachtschirt war sehr unsympatisch), aber am nächsten Morgen war alles schon erlegigt
