「The Staff! Out all the 64 countries I’ve visited and all the hotels, this place had the kindest, most helpful, down to earth staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. 「Hotel in good location, just a short distance from all sightseeing spots in the city. Excellent hospitality. Room is spacious and cosy. However, there was a hot water issue in the bathroom during our stay. Hot water supply in the family room was not steady and would go out very quickly after turning on for a minute or two. Could not be fixed during our stay even the hotel had looked into the problem. The wifi signal was weak in the bedroom area of the deluxe room.」
