The staff made extra efforts to accommodate me since am a foreigner who cannot speak Korean. They provided a complimentary swimming pool ticket for 2 adults and a free table with two chairs at the pool. Pool and chairs cost extra so be prepared for that. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the resort is in a very scenic location.

It’s not a four star resort.

Not worth it for the money. We got a family room and it was below what we expected. We already acknowledged that it’s not a new resort and the room is outdated which is fine as long as it’s clean but there were stains all over on the walls and tables, and broken floors and poor paint job. Furthermore, It was our first time asking the front desk to replace the bed sheet as there were stains. The location is beautiful and unfortunately that’s all about it. If you care about the sanitary conditions of your room, find somewhere else.

영월은 아주 작은 도시로 언제나 포근한 느낌을 준다. 그런데 모든 가게가 너무 일찍을 문을 닫아서 저녁 먹을데가 적다.

경치는훌륭하고 리조트라 서비스는 잘모르겠고 식사는 리조트내 BBQ이용했는데 뭐 가성비로따지자면 그렇지만 괜찮은편이였고 숙소자체 가성비는 좋았어요. . 시설내에 카페 레스토랑 편의점 다있어서 이용하기는 편했어요.

주변 경관이 아주 훌륭했습니다 추석 명절을 맞아 준비해 주신 전통놀이들이 즐거웠습니다. 다만 리조트 전체적으로 즐길만한 부대시설들이 부족한 것은 아쉬웠습니다.

체크인 절차가 빠르고 직원들이 친절했어요, 침구도 깨끗하고 좋았는데요. 큰 침실 쪽에 화장실로 통하는 미닫이 문이 닫히지 않아서 샤워를 할 수 없어서 불편했어요. 점검이 필요합니다. 그리고 입구에 골프장 확장 공사로 예쁘던 경치가 다소 손상되어 아쉬웠어요. 다음에 기회되면 또 오겠습니다.
