Nos hospedamos por una noche, deseando pasar una buena mañana.
Desgraciadamente encontramos un insecto en la cama, toallas demasiado desgastadas, mala regadera.
Lo peor fue al bajar a la alberca a las 8:30 am, parece que hubo fiesta un dia antes, toallas de alberca tiradas por todos lados, mesas sucias con servicios de un dia anterios, envases de Caguamas tirados y alberca muuuuy sucia.
Preferimos retirarnos en ese momento y ni desayunar.
Deja mucho que desear...

La coladera de la regadera estaba tapada y la regadera echaba agua por todos lados, les comenté que deben limpiarla para que salgaejor el agua. Muy bien servicio.

El costo es alto para las instalaciones del hotel, está todo limpio y fumigado, pero el baño todo antiguo y desgastado, las toallas igual. Sin aire acondicionado y sin mosquiteros, entonces te aguantas el calor extremo en la habitación.
Nos cambiaron de habitación para el 2o día porqué ya habian pagado antes que nosotros otros huespedes, una con cama King y tenían urgencia.
No lo recomiendo.

Me parece que no ve por el huésped, llegamos a las 13:30 y nos comentaron que por políticas del bote no entregan la habitación hasta las 3 de la tarde, la cuestión es que el hotel estaba vacío y éramos los únicos huespedes

tiene buena ubicación y jardines al igual que buena alberca, pero requiere mejorar en mucho su limpieza (toallas, sabanas, pisos y decoración de habitaciones), creo que con poco puede mejorar para que justifique el precio igualmente su decoración con rojo por todas partes, en mi opinión, da una mala imagen, lo hace parecer hotel de paso, lo que lo desprestigia
